Emotions play an important role in psychological, relational and physical stability. The three are intimately linked and interdependent. They are the ones that regulate the state of tranquility or tension in human relationships. However, the individual is so unaware of his deep nature. He has built a life in which reigns stress, tension and conflicts of all kinds. He has accumulated so many injuries and traumas since his earliest childhood. The fact is that he finds himself quite helpless to find the answers to his existential questions.

 

But fortunately it is not a fatality. It is possible to find the right inner balance in everyday life once you understand the psychological mechanisms that cause disorder.

WHAT IS EMOTIONAL COACHING?

It is the accompaniment of a person towards his emotional fulfillment. Unlike traditional practices that are based on a progressive analysis over time, emotional coaching allows the immediacy of transformation, acting like a compass in the middle of an ocean without landmarks.
